Q: Who is eligible to become a Trade Exchange member?
A: All business houses from the Manufacturing, Service and Trading sector can apply for Exchange membership.

Q: What is the procedure for becoming a member of the Exchange?
A: Businesses that wish to become members of the Exchange can fill in the preliminary application form available on the Exchange website. Alternatively, you can either call an Exchange Call Center or contact one of our Channel Partners. Exchange Sales Executives would get in touch with you and guide you through our Registration Process.

Q: Who is a Channel Partner ?
A: A Channel Partner is a Business Enterprise or a Professional who extends the reach of the Trade Exchange to members who do not have direct access to the services of the Exchange. A Channel Partner also acts as an extension of the Exchange Sales Team by conducting the Registration Process for Businesses who are not covered by the Exchange Sales Team. Members can directly use a Channel Partner's infrastructure to conduct transactions.

Q: What are the membership charges?
A: An Exchange is all about trust and security. The Exchange undertakes all responsibility of regulating the market and ensuring fulfillment of trade besides maintaining the security and privacy of its members. It is comparable to creating an exchange similar to Stock Exchange, which automatically implies Trust and Security. Membership of such an Exchange is a privilege in itself.

The following are the charges associated with the Exchange membership:

• Registration fees - At the time of registering with the Exchange, a Member is required to pay a one-time registration fee of Rs. 15000/- only.
• Annual Membership Renewal fees - Rs.3000.
• Transaction commission - Members are reqired to pay the Exchange a percentage of the transaction amount in cash, as commission on all trades conducted through the Exchange. The transaction fee payable would be 4% each for both buyer and seller on all transactions.

Q: How can a member avail of the Exchange's services?
A: A Member can use any one of the following modes for conducting transactions on the Exchange:
• Directly, by logging on to the Exchange website www.intrexindia.com
• By contacting a Channel Partner (phone or fax) who would guide the member through a transaction
• Using a local Channel Partner's System to log on to the website 
• By contacting the Exchange Call Center (phone or fax) where the staff would guide the member through a transaction.
